Our Story
The founders of Bricks and Birch started with a backyard pizza oven spending countless nights experimenting and perfecting the dough and sauce recipes, finding inspiration from Maine, to California, to Hawaii. The desire to share these fun and unique creations inspired the Bricks and Birch restaurants, which still serve the same quality, great-tasting pizzas, fresh out of wood-fired brick ovens today...
The same high standards and creativity doesn't stop with the pizzas though. The pastries are made daily in-house, the salads are made fresh to order with in-house made dressings, and the delicious Stumptown coffee drinks are crafted for your enjoyment. And just like we always have (and still do), come enjoy our creations surrounded with good friends and family.
