Welcome to Bricks and Birch
Bricks and Birch began in a backyard with a simple brick oven. The founders spent many nights trying new recipes, shaping dough, and testing sauces. Their passion grew into two locations—3605 Market St #5 in Riverside, CA and 101 Cajon St in Redlands, CA. Both restaurants continue the same mission: serve wood-fired pizza made with care, flavor, and tradition.
Artisan Wood-Fired Pizzas
Our pizzas are baked in real brick ovens. The fire gives each crust a crisp texture and rich flavor that stands out. Dough is hand-prepared, sauces are house-made, and toppings are fresh. Every pizza comes out hot from the oven and ready to enjoy. Along with pizzas, we also prepare calzones filled with the same quality ingredients and baked until golden.
