Bricks and Birch began in a backyard with a simple brick oven. The founders spent many nights trying new recipes, shaping dough, and testing sauces. Their passion grew into three locations—3605 Market St #5 in Riverside, CA, 1393 University St #101 in Riverside, CA, and 101 Cajon St in Redlands, CA. All three restaurants continue the same mission: serve wood-fired pizza made with care, flavor, and tradition.
